Thomas Jefferson Dubose (b. 1902, San Antonio, Tex.-d. Feb. 24, 1992), U.S. Air Force officer, graduated from West Point in 1929, attended flying school and transferred to the Army Air Corps in 1931, joining the 3rd Pursuit Squadron in the Philippines. He served as a flight instructor, director of training, and chief of Flying Training at U.S. Army Air Force Headquarters until assuming command of the 316th Bomb Wing late in 1944.
